A first class operation all around. Booking was smooth, information provided was accurate and we were treated as VIPs from our greeting in front of the Peninsula to the moment we left the lounge. Everything ran to schedule and by clockwork. We were fortunate to have clear skies, a great pilot and now, lifetime memories. I can’t praise the staff who assisted us enough – witty, professional, reassuring and fantastic across the board.
