Excellent Flight Experience
The purpose of this flight was to celebrate my husband's birthday and wanted to give him a big surprise. The result not only surprised my husband, but also made my two sons extremely happy. They were very excited. The whole experience was really great, from the time the staff contacted me, taking us to the upper floors of the hotel to watch a short introduction, and then taking photos with the helicopter for us. All the experiences were great. The most unforgettable thing was that, when the pilot heard my two child had discovered Ocean Park, he immediately told them that he would fly closer so that they could enjoy a good view. This was really professional and took care of the feelings of tourists. I am very grateful to the pilot for his polite and helpful attitude. I am also very grateful for choosing the service your company provided. I will recommend it to my friends and my colleagues.

Amazing ride!
It was my first helicopter ride. Though I was a bit apprehensive at take off, the ride was extreme smooth. The harbor tour provides amazing view of the HK island and the harbor. The best part is that this is a shared flight and you don't have to burn you pocket for booking a private tour. The pilot was very friendly, and we had a nice chat about the this helicopter model and how it works as there is no fan on the tail. I would have loved a longer ride, but I suppose any length would appear short!

GeoPark trip and afternoon tea
What a great experience all over and one I would absolutely recommend. Seeing the harbor and venturing out over the islands is spectacular and a very special occasion. The helicopter trip was so well organized - we met the team in the foyer of The Peninsula and then were led up a couple of lifts to the departure lounge, which didn't disappoint. The views were superb and the décor was like being in an aircraft which added to the theatre of the trip. After a safety briefing, we were led up to the helicopter and took our seats. The Captain was very informative and the views amazing. It really added to the trip being able to appreciate the island even more so. After the trip and mandatory photos on top of the helipad, we were led to the foyer to our reserved table for the afternoon tea experience, which didn't disappoint. the team for both events were great, service flawless and overall, an experience I would recommend. go and book and enjoy it!!!!
Wonderful Wedding Anniversary

One of a kind experience in HK to fly in the air
Excellent service and response time from the Heliservice Team. They are able to accommodate most of my requests (i.e. pre-flight onsite visit, multiple email communication and timely response). I planned to use their venue for an engagement proposal, and Heliservice provided detail run-down and was very helpful on the day of the proposal. The proposal was a success and everyone that I invited had a great time flying with Heliservice. Highly recommend if you're looking to impress someone with an awesome surprise! PS- The captain was super nice and shared with us many of his flying stories PPS- Dorothy and Ida from Heliservice were very professional, and always reply within less than 24 hours when I have any queries

Outstanding Experience!
I booked the Harbour Tour as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday and it was incredible. The staff looked after us so brilliantly and I could not have asked for it to have gone more perfectly. Family Heli Trip
After growing up in Hong Kong and having this on my to do list for ever, over Christmas 2022, my family and I took an incredible heli ride. The warm service was exceptional and genuine - from the lovely admin advising me through the booking (and rebooking due to weather) process, to the charismatic security colleague that helped us find our way to the heli pad, and the knowledgeable staff educating me on aviation history in HK to the the passionate pilot who patiently answered my son's 101 questions. The flight itself was great fun and seeing the city we call home from above was magical. Memories for life. Thank you for a truly exceptional experience. .
For a new perspective of Hong Kong
Taking my family to experience helicopter ride. It was a wonderful total 5-star experience. We were escorted from lobby to the China Clipper lounge with introduction to this lounge with historic items. We enjoyed the short use of the lounge and its amazing view. All the staff were very friendly and catered to our various needs, we had ample time to take photos with the flight and in the lounge. Most importantly, the flight was a smooth ride even it was a bit windy, we felt we were in good hand of the Captain, he did a wonderful job, we didn't even feel when the flight is landed! It's a wonderful way to see Hong Kong, from NT to TST in 10 mins. from tall buildings to layers of mountains. Timing between appointments was also very good, even on Sunday. Guest were back to back, and we didn't need to share lounge.

The helipad is at the top of the eloquent Peninsula Hotel. On the top floor is a comfortable lounge, with fabulous views of the harbour. The helicopter tour takes you around the whole of Hong Kong island - magnificent! It is expensive, but such a unique experience. It would be good if the pilot offered more commentary during the flight, but the sights alone made the experience.
