Safety is our first priority all the time. To protect you from COVID-19, we have the additional health and safety protocols below:

HS Staff

• A temperature check is required before starting to work.
• Wash hands and use sanitizer while on duty.
• Masks must be worn at all times.
• Staff will not greet the clients with any physical contact.

Our Passengers

• A temperature check is required before joining our tours.
• If there are signs of illness or a passenger’s temperature is above 37.5, there will be additional screening and the passenger may be refused services.
• Passengers are required to wear a face mask all the time during the experience.
• Passengers are required to put their own life jackets on themselves.
• Passengers are required to wash their hands with the facilities provided before flying.
• A health declaration form is required to fill in on-day by each passenger at The China Clipper before the flight.

Our Helicopters

• All high touchpoints such as life jacket, headsets, seat belts, seats and door handles will be thoroughly cleaned after each flight.’
• Headsets with microphones are provided and will be disinfected between flights.
• Shared flights are suspended.

The China Clipper

• The number of people in The China Clipper will be minimized to ensure social distancing can be followed.
• The China Clipper will be frequently cleaned and sanitized.
• All life jackets will be sanitized after each flight.
• Passengers are required to sanitize their hands with the facilities provided upon arrival at our lounge

The capacity of the cabin depends on the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation announced by the government.
